Job Post :- Director (Finance)
Qualification : Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance).
Experience : The candidates should have at least 20 years of relevant experience with 10 years at senior management level in Finance & Accounts functions in a large multi-sited service organization with at least 2 years in the capacity of Director(Finance)/ Executive Director(Finance)/ Controller of Finance/ General Manager(Finance)/ Chief Financial Officer or equivalent post.
Preferred Age : The preferred age limit - maximum of 55 years as on the last date of submission of application. The limit of age may be relaxed for specially deserving candidates.
Tenure of Appointment : The position is on contract for an initial duration of 3 years with the conditions of performance review at the end of each year, linked to review of the contract.
Compensation : The compensation package will be around Rs 12 lakh per annum on Cost to Company basis exclusive of bonuses. Annual increments will be considered based on performance. The compensation package will not be a constraint and is negotiable in case of specially deserving candidates.
