3. Entomologist (1 Post)

At District Surveillance Units, Punjab:-

1. Epidemiologists (12 Posts)
2. Microbiologist (1 post at District Priority Lab Mohali)
3. Data Manager (1 post at DSU, Jalandhar)

Last date for receipt of applications is 21.06.2010. Applications received after closing date and applications incomplete in any
respect will not be entertained.
2. Number of posts are provisional only. They are purely temporary and contractual..
3. Preference would be given to the candidates with basic graduation as M.B.B.S, where applicable.
4. Age applicable for all posts of Epidemiologists, Microbiologists and Entomologist at State & Distt. Level is 45 Years (in
exceptional cases age upto 60 years may be considered) except for the post of Data Manager which is below 40 years.
5. Candidates should have passed Punjabi upto Matric standard.
6. The posts will be place specific and non transferable.
7. Candidates for the posts mentioned above should submit their applications complete in all respects along with attested
