TRAINING, SERVICE BOND AND COMPENSATION PACKAGE : Selected Diploma Trainees and Jr. Technician Trainees shall undergo training for a period of one year at POWERGRID Sites and Training Institute. They will be required to execute a service agreement bond (Diploma Trainee:Rs.50,000/- for UR./OBC(NCL), Rs.25,000/- for SC/ST/PH and for Jr. Technician Trainee:Rs.25,000/- for UR./OBC(NCL), Rs.12,000/- for SC/ST/PH) to successfully complete the prescribed training period and thereafter serve the organisation for at least three years. Emoluments: The Company offers attractive compensation package which includes Basic Pay, DA, HRA, CCA and other allowances, benefits in terms of monthly conveyance reimbursement, medical facilities, various insurance covers, LTC, transmission incentive, leave encashment, CPF, Gratuity, and various low-interest short/long term advances, etc. to its regular employees.

The application forms are also available at POWERGRID Offices at Nagpur, Aurangabad, Bhadrawati, Boisar, Kolhapur, Mumbai, Parli, Pune, Solapur, Wardha, Mapusa Seoni, Raipur, Bhatapara, Raigarh, and Bilaspur, free of cost. Attested copies of Caste Certificate, Educational Qualification Certificate, PH Certificate and Ex-serviceman certificate should be enclosed with application, wherever applicable.
