Invites application for the posts of ‘Management Trainees’ in Production, Maintenance and Commercial functions in the Textile Mills/Units of the Corporation, located in various Districts of Kerala.


Name of the Posts:-

1. Management Trainee

Qualification & Experience: Engineering graduate in Production Engineering/Textile Engineering/ Textile Technology/Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with less than 2 years experience. Outstanding fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply. An additional MBA qualification will be a desirable one. Those who are having experience in Textile Industry will be given preference.


Selected candidates will be appointed as ‘Management Trainee’ on a consolidated pay of INR 15,000 per month for two years on contract basis. After successful completion of the training, the candidates will be absorbed in the Assistant Manager grade in the respective fields.
