Applications are invited on plain paper along with detailed biodata / CV for the following temporary positions under ICMR project entitled “Studies on the role of advanced glycation end products (AGE)–mediated apoptosis, gene expression and polymorphism of AGE- receptor in the development of micro- and macro-vascular complications of diabetes mellitus: Effects of Curcumin and Resveratrol ”. 

(1)   Research Assistant-(One post):

Qualifications: MSc/M.Tech in Biochemistry/Life Sciences/Biotechnology /Toxicology. Some work experience in Molecular Biology/ in vitro cell culture is desirable.

         Consolidated pay: Rs. 11,850/-p.m. 

(2)   Full time Laboratory attendant- ONE

Qualification: 12^th Standard with Science having experience in laboratory work particularly in collection of blood sample and processing.

             Consolidated pay:  Rs. 6520/-p.m.

Both the posts are purely temporary till the duration (3 years from the date of commencement) of the project i.e. 1/10/2010. The appointment would be initially for one year and likely to be extended based on satisfactory work progress of the project.
