1. Grade II - Engineer (Design) / Purchase Officer / Stores Officer/ Finance/ Accounts (Officer)/ HR Officer : 205 posts (UR-101,SC-25,ST-11,OBC-68)
2. Grade III - Deputy Manager(Design) / Deputy Manager (Purchase) / (Stores)/ (Material Planning) / Deputy Manager (Quality) /Deputy Manager (Planning) /(Projects): 32 posts (UR-18,SC-3,ST-2,OBC-9)
3. Grade IV - Manager (Design)/ Manager ((Planning)/ (Projects) / Manager (IT)/ Manager (Finance)/ (Accounts) : 21 posts (UR-13,SC-2,ST-2,OBC-4)
4. Grade V - Sr. Manager (Design) : 01 post (UR-1)

Application Fee : Rs.400/- in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn on any Bank (preferably State Bank of India) in favour of “ ARDC- HAL” payable at Bangalore. Candidates belonging to SC / ST / PWD category are exempted from payment of Application Fee :
