Applications are invited on plain paper for the post of Teaching Fellow to be appointed in the scheme NPV-1 (Part-A) “College of Veterinary Science.” The selected candidate will be entitled to fixed pay @ Rs. 17000+20% HRA (for candidates with M.V.Sc. degree) or 18,000+20% HRA (for candidates with a Ph.D. degree) per month. The interested candidates should apply to the undersigned latest by 27th Oct., 2010, 10.30 AM. The candidate should personally appear before the Selection Committee for an interview on 27th Oct., 2010 at 2.00 P.M. in the office of the Dean, COVS, GADVASU, Ludhiana.
The qualifications for the post are as under:
B.V.Sc & A.H./B.V.Sc. with atleast second division
M.V.Sc in Veterinary Physiology/Animal Physiology with minimum OCPA 6.50/10.00 or 65% marks.
Knowledge in Punjabi up to Matric level. (the condition is relexable in case the candidate is found otherwise suitable)
Responsibilities
Teaching of UG students.
Any other duty assigned from time to time.
Tenure: Initially for six months or till a regular appointment is made, whichever is earlier.
Note: No separate intimation for interview will be sent and no TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. The candidate should bring all the original certificates/documents at the time of interview.
