The application format along with other information regarding qualification, experience, pay scales, age, reservation etc. can be obtained from the office of Director Principal, Hall No. III, Block-D, Level-II, Hospital Building, GMCH-32, Chandigarh, personally on any working day from Monday to Friday between 9.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. The application format alongwith other information can also be downloaded from our website gmch.gov.in.


APPLICATION FEE: Application fee of Rs. 100/- (25/- for SC candidates) (non refundable) in the shape of Demand Draft, payable at Chandigarh, drawn in favour of Director Principal, Government Medical College & Hospital, Sector-32, Chandigarh alongwith application duly completed should be submitted in the office of the undersigned on or before 23.11.2010 upto 05.00 PM..


How to Apply :- Applications in the prescribed Application Format alongwith self attested copies of all the certificates/ testimonials and other documents, recent photograph and Demand Draft towards Application Fee in a sealed cover superscribing “Application for the post of ________” should reach the office of Director Principal, Room No. 228 A, IInd Block ‘D’, Hospital Building, Government Medical College & Hospital, Sector-32-B, Chandigarh by 23/11/2010.
