Microwave Tube Area

1. Project Assistants Level-I : 04 Posts, Pay : Rs.7000/-(fixed), Age : 28 yrs, Qualification : 1st Class 3/4 year Diploma in Mechanical Engg. or equivalent after 10 + 2 in Science Stream
2. Project Assistants Level-II : 01 Post, Pay : Rs.10000/-(fixed), Age : 28 yrs, Qualification :1st Class BE/B.Tech. in Electronics OR 1st Class M.Sc. in Physics/Electronics

Semiconductor Devices Area

1. Project Assistants Level-II : 01 Post, Age : 28 yrs, Pay : Rs.10000/ -(Fixed), Qualification :1st Class BE / B.Tech. in Electronics OR 1st Class M.Sc. in Physics/Electronics
2. Project Assistants Level-III : 03 Posts, Age : 28 yrs, Pay : Rs.12000/ -(Fixed), Qualification :M.Tech.in Electronics/Telecommn.Engg./ Microelectronics/E&C or equivalent.

Electronic Systems Area

1. Project Assistants Level-II : 01 Post, Pay : Rs.10000/-(fixed), Age : 28 yrs, Qualification : 1st Class BE/B.Tech. in Computer/Electronics/ Electrical/Mechanical Engg./Embedded. OR 1st Class M.Sc. (Tech.)
2. Project Assistants Level-III : 03 Posts, Age : 28 yrs, Pay : Rs.12000/ -(Fixed), Qualification  : ME/M.Tech.in Electronics/E&E./Controls/ Instrumentation
