- ASST.MANAGER / DY.MANAGER - 6 NOS., Qualification & Experience: B.Tech in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engg with 2 to 5 years experience Or Diploma in Mech Engg/Metallurgical Engg with min. 10 years experience preferably in a steel casting foundry/CNC machining shop. The selected candidate will be appointed in the scale of pay of Rs.2500-75-2800-100-4000/3000-100-3500-125-5000 (due for revision)
- SUPERVISOR – 16 NOS., Qualification & Experience: Diploma in Mechanical/ Metallurgical/ Electrical/Civil Engg with 1 to 2 years experience preferably in a steel casting foundry/CNC machining shop. During first year selected candidates will be designated as Diploma Engg Trainee with a consolidated pay of Rs.7000/month. Successful candidates will be appointed as Asst.Engineer in the scale of pay of Rs.1520-40-1600-50-2300-60-2900 (due for revision), as per rules.
- SKILLED WORKMEN – 204 NOS.,Completion of Apprenticeship under Apprentice Act 1961 and one year experience preferably in a foundry/CNC Machining Shop.During first year selected candidates will be designated as Skilled Worker - Trainee with a consolidated pay of Rs.6000/month. Successful candidates will be appointed as Skilled Worker in the scale of pay of Rs.820-20-1020-25-1270-30-1720 (under revision), as per rules.
- UNSKILLED WORKMEN – 37 NOS, Qualifications: VII Pass and Good Health., During first year they will be designated as Badli with consolidated pay of Rs.5000/month. Successful candidates will be appointed as Unskilled Worker in the scale of pay of Rs.785-15-935-20-1135-25-1510 (under revision) as per rules.
