General Manager (Human Resource) , Grade : E-7, Age Limit : 52 Years as on 01.01.2011, Qualification : Two years full time MBA/MSW with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resources Management OR Two years full time PG Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resources Management. Preference will be given to candidates having Law Degree with above qualifications, Pay Scale : Rs. 43,200 -66,000/-
2. Sr.Manager (Contract & Procurement) , Grade : E-5, Age Limit : 45 Years as on 01.01.2011, Qualification : Full time degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation discipline. Preference would be given to candidates having Two years Full time MBA / Two years Full time PG Diploma with specialization in Materials Management., Pay Scale : Rs. 32,900 - 58,000/-
