- General Manager (Organisation Development & Administration)(01), Qualification and Experience: B.Tech / MBA / Post Graduate from a reputed institution with relevant experience of 20 years. Academics with Ph.D and relevant experience in senior management rank in government / educational institution / industry may also apply., Compensation: Gross consolidated pay with accommodation (subject to availability): Rs.89,000/ per month (approx) and without accommodation : Rs.1,05,000/ per month (approx). In addition, attractive performance based variable pay and medical facilities., Age: Between 45 – 55 years. In exceptional cases, the age and experience may be relaxed.
- Chief Administrative Officer(01), Qualification & Experience: Post Graduate Degree, preferably with professional degree/diploma in management/secretary ship/accountancy/law. At least 10 years’ experience in senior managerial/administrative rank in government/ educational institution of standing/industry., Scale of pay: Rs. 37,400-67,000 plus Grade Pay of Rs.8,900/- in PB-4. Gross Pay of Rs.75,000/- per month (approx.) excluding HRA plus other benefits as per Institute’s rules., Age: Between 40 and 50 years. In exceptional cases, the age and experience may be relaxed.
