Staff Selection Commission (SSC) invites application for the following posts of Constables (GD).
Name of the Posts:-
- Constable (General Duty - GD) : 2583 posts in various states, Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200 grade pay Rs.2000, Age : 18-23 years as on 01/08/2011, Qualification : 10th pass or Matriculation or High School
Fee Payable : Rs.50/- (No fee for Women/ SC/ST/PH and Ex-Servicemen) by means of Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS) or SBI Challan or online payment through account with the State Bank of India.
How to Apply : A candidate must submit his/her application only to the concerned Regional/ Sub Regional Office of the Commission under whose jurisdiction the Centre selected by him / her falls . The addresses are given in the detailed advertisement. The last date of reciept of application is 04/03/2011 (11/03/2011 for the candidates of far-flung areas)
