Applications are invited for one post of Company Secretary (Un-reserved (UR) in the pay-scale of Rs.36600-62000 (IDA pattern). Interested applicants who fulfill the following eligibility criteria may apply for the post:

(1) Educational Qualification
(i) Essential :
1. Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
2. Should have qualified as Company Secretary on the basis of examination conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and should have a valid membership of the said Institute
(ii) Desirable : Familiarity with use of standard computer applications like word processing, spread sheet, e-mail, etc.
(2) Experience : Essential
Should have worked in a senior executive position in public sector undertaking/ reputed private sector organizations for a period not less than 10 years. Preference will be given to those who have already held the post of Company Secretary in any of these Organizations.
(3) Maximum Age Limit: Not more than 50 years of age as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
(Relaxable to SC/ST/OBC as per Govt. of India Rules)
The applicants who meet the above eligibility criteria for the post may submit their application as per format given below alongwith application fee in the form of crossed Demand Draft of Rs.250/- (SC/ST are full exempted from application fee) drawn in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi as also attested photo copies of certificates/testimonials as well as two recent passport size photographs. Application completed in all respects must reach to the Sr. Manager (Admn), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Room No.218, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi-110 001 latest by 09.03.2011.
