- Steno-Typist (English), No of Posts : 46 (Budgeted - 42 , Self-Financing Scheme - 04), Pay Scale : Pay Band Rs. 5200-20200, Grade Pay Rs.1900/-+ Rs. 100/- S.P. per month, Age : 18 to 50 years.
Qualification : 1. Matric 1st Division OR Higher Secondary 2nd Division; OR 10+2 2nd Division OR 10+2 Vocational 2nd Division; OR Intermediate 2nd Division; OR Graduate of a recognized university; OR its equivalent. For Ex-serviceman Matric only. 2. Knowledge of Hindi / Sanskrit upto Matric Standard; Qualifies a test on Computer in Stenography in English at the speed of 80 wpm transcription thereof at the speed of 15 wpm (8% mistakes are allowed).
Application Fee : Rs.500/- for General Category and Rs.125/- for SC/BC of Haryana in cash at counter or by post by sending Demand Draft of Rs.550/- for General Category and Rs.175/- for SC/BC of Haryana, drawn in favour of Registrar, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.
