Nepa Limited, a Turning Around Newsprint Manufacturing Mill, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals on contractual basis initially for a period of 11 months for the following positions:-
Name of the Posts:-
- General Manager (P&A)/Deputy General Manager (P&A) (1), Qualification - Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in PM&IR/Social Science/ MBA (specialization in HR/Personnel Management). Law will be preferred with minimum 15/12 years post qualification experience out of which the last 2 years should be in next below position in a large reputed organization.
- General Manager (Finance & Accounts)/ Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts) (1), Qualification - CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) with minimum 15/12 years post qualification experience out of which the last two years should be in next below position in related field in reputed organization.
- Assistant Manager (Project) (1), Qualification - Engineering Degree in any discipline with 5 years post qualification experience in reputed organisation.
- Assistant Manager (F&A)/Officer (F&A) (2), Qualification - CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) with minimum 5/3 years post qualification experience of relevant field in reputed organization. Pursuing CA/ICWA final year may also apply.
- Officer (P&A) (1), Qualification - Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in PM&IR/ Social Science. MBA (specialization in HR/Personnel Management) and/or Law will be preferred with minimum 2-3 years experience in a large reputed organization.
- Officer (IT) (1), Qualification - BE/MCA/M. Sc. in IT, Computer Engineering having 2-3 years related experience in reputed organisation.
- Officer (Commercial) (1), Qualification - MBA/Degree/Diploma in Business/Materials Management with minimum 2-3 years experience in procurement of major inputs of stores/spares in a large reputed organization.
- Medical Officer (2), Qualification - MBBS with 1-2 years experience after degree. Fresher may also apply.
- Shift Incharge (Power House) (2), Qualification - Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Preferably with BOE Certificate with 2-3 years experience in Modern High Pressure Boiler/Turbine/Chemical Boilers and other utilities.
- Shift Incharge (Paper Machine) (3), Qualification - Degree in Chemical Engineering/PG Degree/Diploma in Pulp and Paper Tech. or Science Graduate with 2-3 years experience in Pulp and Paper or other process industries.
- Shift Incharge (Instrument) (1), Qualification - Degree/Diploma in Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering with 2-3 years experience in large reputed Pulp and Paper Mill/Power Plant/Chemical Industries. Preference will be given to candidate having experience in DCS, PLC and MICROPROCESSOR based Instrumentation
- Staff Nurse (3), Qualification - Matric/High School/Higher Secondary passed with 3 years Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery. B. Sc. Nursing will be preferred. Registration in Nursing Council will be essential.
A consolidated minimum remuneration based on DA as on January 2011 for following positions will be :-
(i) For Staff Nurse Rs. 9600/- per month
(ii) For Officer/Shift Incharge Rs. 13600/- per month
(iii) For AM Rs. 14700/- per month
(iv) For DGM Rs.20900/- per month
(v) For GM Rs.21800/- per month
