Applications are invited for the one position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) / Project Assistant, purely temporary basis in our DST sponsored Research Project entitled “Study of New Particles with the CMS Detector ……….. using LHC at CERNCMS Experiment”, Department of Physics, Panjab University, Chandigarh – 160014.


Name of the Posts:-

1. Junior Research Fellow(01), M.Sc. in Physics or equivalent with minimum 55%. Preference will be given NET qualified candidates., Rs. 16,000/- (in case of NET qualified for JRF) Rs. 12,000/- (in case of NET qualified for Lectureship only) Rs. 8,000/- for Non NET qualified.

The candidate’s who have not cleared NET will be appointed as Project Assistant @Rs. 8000/- per month. The fellowships are to be co-terminus with the project. Application on plain paper along with complete Bio-data and copies of marks sheets and relevant certificates should reach the undersigned within 15 days.
