Bangalore.

- Executive Assistant to Managing Director in Asst. Manger Grade.
Essential Qualifications: (i) A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering /Post Graduate in Management (Full Time) / Company Secretary (ICSI) from recognised Indian University/Institute. (ii) The candidate should have excellent knowledge in computer operations including application of MS Office. He/she should be well versed in Hindi and English with good communication skill.
Desirable: (i) A Diploma in Secretarial Practice/Public Relation from recognized Indian University/ institute. (ii) Knowledge of Short Hand/ stenography will be desirable. (iii) Experience of having worked in similar position in a reputed organization is desirable though not essential.
Age (as on 01-04-2011) : Between 21 and 28 years (candidates must have been born not earlier than 02/04/1983 and not later than 01/04/1990). For candidates having experience as an officer in a reputed organization , upper age limit is relaxed to the extent of number of years of such experience subject to a maximum of Five years. Similarly, the candidates working in BRBNMPL and SPMCIL and applying for the post are eligible for age relaxation up to a period of 5 years. 3 SC/ST/OBC candidates may also apply in which case the age will be relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates & 03 years for OBC candidates.
