Footwear Design and Development Institute invites applications for the following posts for campuses at Chennai, Kolkata, Chhindwara, Rohtak, Noida and Fursatganj.

- Consultant/ Sr. Faculty Member/ Faculty Member/ Sr. Technical Faculty/ Technical Faculty - Footwear(50) Total No of Posts – ( 6 Chhindwara/ 8 Kolkata/10 Chennai/14 Rohtak/ 4 Fursatganj/ 8 Noida ) = 50 posts Specialization: Cutting, Closing, Lasting, Finishing, PU/Rubber Plant, Component ,Qualification: M.E./B.E.(Leather)/DFT/SFT/PGDFTM/Equivalent Degree + Experience
- Consultant/ Chief Designer/ Sr. Designer/ Designer/ Asst. Designer - CAD/ Design Studio/ Footwear Design/Leather Goods & Accessories Design, Total No of Posts – ( 2 Chindwara /2 Kolkata/ 3 Chennai/ 5 Fursatganj / 4 Rohtak /3 Noida) = 19 posts, Qualification: BFA/ MFA/ Diploma/ PG Diploma in Design.
- Sr Consultant/Consultant/ Sr. Faculty/ Faculty - Management ,Retail & Fashion Merchandising) Total No of Posts –(7 Kolkata/ 7 Chennai/7 Rohtak/ 2 Fursatganj/ 5 Noida) = 28 posts, Specialization: Fabric/Garment/Fashion, marketing/Sales/Research, Fashion Merchandising, Communication Skill/Managerial Finance & Accounting, Managerial Economics/Organisation Behaviour, Business Communication & Personality Development, Principle of Management/Supervision, CRM & Marketing., Qualification: Graduate + relevant specialization + Experience.
- Senior Technical Instructor/ Technical Instructor/ Instructor/Demonstrator, Total No of Post – (2 Kolkata/4 Chennai/ 5 Rohtak/ 2 Fursatganj/1 Noida) = 14 posts, Specialization: Designing, Cutting, Closing, Component, Lasting, Finishing, PU/Rubber Plant, Leather Goods, Qualification: 10+2; Certificate course/Industry experience
- Craftsman/ Asst. Craftsman - (Sample Room), Total No of Post – ( 2 Kolkata/ 3 Chennai/ 2 Fursatganj/ 1 Rohtak/ 1 Chhindwara/1 Noida) = 10 posts, Specialization: Leather goods/Footwear, Qualification: 10th Pass
- Electrician, Total No of Post – ( 3 Chennai/ 3 Rohtak/ 2 Chhindwara/2 Kolkata) = 10 posts, Qualification: ITI adequate skill & Experience in relevant field
- Machine Mechanic, Total No of Post – ( 2 Chennai/ 2 Rohtak/ 1 Chhindwara/2 Fursatganj /1 Kolkata) = 8 posts, Qualification: ITI; adequate skill & Experience in relevant field
This is an open advertisement and shall be valid for a period of six months or till further orders whichever is earlier. A list of eligible applicants shall be made on 25th (Cut off date) of each month and the candidates shall be called for interview.
