Applications are invited from Indian Nationals (foreign nationals may also apply for contractual appointment) with a proven track record in teaching, industry and research for a position of Assistant Professor
Name of the Posts:-
- Assistant Professor, Minimum pay Rs 30,000 in PB3:15,600 - 39,100 with AGP Rs 8,000 and other allowances as admissible to Central Govt employees. On completion of 3 years of service as Assistant Professor, shall move to PB4: Rs.37, 400 – 67,000 with AGP Rs.9, 000.
- Assistant Professor (on contract), At the entry level they may be placed in PB3: 15,600 – 39,100 with seven non compounded advance increments (with minimum starting pay of Rs 20,140 with AGP Rs 6,000. After 1 year, the AGP will be increased to Rs 7,000.
