General Manager (Mining) : 01 Post, Age : 52 Years as on 01.11.2010, Qualification : Degree in Mining Engg. with 1st Class Mine’s Manager Certificate of Competency with 20 years experience in the Mining field out of which at least 9 years should be in senior responsible position in underground/open cast, preferable in Metalliferous mines. Out of 20 years the candidate should have three years service experience in the grade of Rs. 36600-62000/-(E/6) or equivalent pre-revised scale. However relaxation may be considered in deserving cases, Pay Scale : Rs. 43200-66000/-(E/7)
2. Dy. Gen. Manager (Finance) : 01 Post, Age : 50 Years as on 01.11.2010, Qualification : CA/ICWA with 17 years relevant experience, out of which 3 years in the next below grade of Rs. 32,900-58,000/-(E/5), Pay Scale : Rs. 36,600-62,000/--(E/6)
