Applications are invited in duplicate in the prescribed format from the candidates fulfilling the following conditions for engagement of 37 nos. of Act Apprentices for New Bongaigaon Carriage & Wagon Workshop under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules, 1962 for imparting training as per extant rules

QUALIFICATION:-
Matriculation (Matriculate or 10th Class in 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks and having I.T.I. certificate affiliated to NCVT compulsory in relevant trade. Copies of all certificates viz. proof of date of birth, educational/technical Qualification Certificate, Caste Certificate , PH Certificate , Ex-serviceman certificate, OBC certificate / creamy Layer certificate etc. duly attested by a Gazetted Officer of Central or State Govt. and must bear office seal and name of attesting officer should be submitted along with the application.
TRAINING PERIOD : As per directives of RDAT/Kolkata.
STIPEND will be paid as per extant rules.
Examination fee in the form IPO/DD of Rs.40/- ( Rupees Forty) for UR and OBC candidates as detailed above should be enclosed at the top of the application form.
How to Apply
Application can be sent through registered post at the following address – ASSISTANT PERSONNEL OFFICER( WORKSHOP) , ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING CARRIAGE AND WAGON WORKSHOP, N.F.RAILWAY, NEW BONGAIGAON, ASSAM PIN 783 381. However application can also be dropped at sealed boxes available for dropping of the applications and will be kept available at the , ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING, IN FRONT OF APO/WS/NBQ’s Office , N.F. RAILWAY, NEW BONGAIGAON CARRIAGE AND WAGON WORKSHOP between 10-00 hrs. to 16-00 hrs. in all working days & 10.00 hrs. 12.00 hrs. on Saturday only (except Sunday & Holiday).
The Box will be finally withdrawn at 16-00 hrs. on 28.03.2011. Application received after closing date and time will not be entertained. Candidates should sent their application sufficiently in advance before the closing date & time to the Assistant Personnel Officer (Workshop), N.F. Railway, New Bongaigaon – 783 381.
