Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the post of EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF REPCO BANK (THE REPATRIATES COOPERATIVE FINANCE & DEVELOPMENT BANK LTD.)
Name of the Posts:-
- Executive Director- Revised Guidelines, Scale of Pay: 37,400 – 67,000 + applicable Grade Pay(Salary and Allowances as applicable to Executive Directors of Public Sector Banks)
Minimum qualification is a Graduate Degree preferably in Economics, Commerce, Engineering, Chartered Accountancy or MBA from a recognized university.
ii) Present Cadre:
Officers at the level of not less than General Manager/Dy. General Manager (Scale VI) in Public Sector Banks/ Financial Institutions and General Managers working in Repco Bank, would be also eligible.
iii) Minimum Years of Service:
The candidate must have completed a minimum of one year of service as General Manager/Dy. General Manager (Scale VI) in Public Sector Bank/ Financial Institutions/ Repco Bank and above as on 31st December 2010.
iv) Residual Service:
The applicant should have residual service of minimum of 2 years.
v) Age not more than 58 years as on 31st December 2010.
vi) Other conditions:
The candidate should have proven management, leadership and innovative skills to lead an inspired team. The applicant should have adequate knowledge and experience in Banking Operations, Marketing of Banking Products, Credit Appraisal etc.
