Applications are invited from Indian citizens for filling up the following vacancies for the year 2011 on temporary basis likely to be permanent for the post of Inspector (Hindi Translator) Group ‘B’ in Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force. The posts have all India liability and selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India and even abroad. The selected candidates will have to complete the prescribed basic training successfully. On appointment, the candidate shall be governed by the ITBPF Act and Rules.

- Inspector (Hindi Translator)(32 Posts),Pay Scale – Pay Band 2, Rs. 9300 – 34800 + Grade Pay of Rs. 4600.
HOW TO APPLY AND BY WHICH DATE:-
Eligible and interested candidates should send their Applications and related Annexures(duly filled in Hindi or English only) complete in all respects in the prescribed proforma as per Annexure ‘I’ to ‘V’, either type written or neatly hand written on one side only on full size plain paper with passport size photographs affixed on application/admit card (duly attested by a Gazetted Officer) along with application fee, enclosures as in para-9 to The INSPECTOR GENERAL (NORTHERN) FRONTIER, ITBP, POST OFFICE- SEEMADWAR, DISTT.- DEHRADUN (UKD) – 248146. The duly filled application must reach on or before the prescribed last date i.e. 23rd May, 2011 for all States except for Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Division of Jammu & Kashmir State,
Lahaul and Spiti District and Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, the Union Territory of Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep for which last date is 30th May, 2011.
APPLICATION FEE: Application Fee will be Rs. 50/- for candidates belonging to General and OBC category only and no fee will be charged from SC/ST and Ex-Servicemen candidates. The candidates should attach the Indian Postal Order/Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS) or Crossed Bank Draft drawn in the name of INSPECTOR GENERAL (NORTHERN) FRONTIER, ITBP, “PAYABLE AT SBI IMA DEHRADUN, CODE NO 0739. The candidates paying application fee by CRFS must affix the duly cancelled CRF Stamps at the specified space on the application form.
