The University Grants Commission announces holding of the National Eligibility Test (NET) on 26th June 2011 (Sunday) for determining the eligibility of Indian nationals for the Award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Eligibility for Lectureship in Indian universities and colleges.
Last date for Applying On-Line : 25.04.2011
Last date for receiving the print out of online Application : 02.05.2011
National Eligibility Test (NET) : 26.06.2011
Exam Fee : For General candidates , Rs.450/- , For OBC (Non-creamy layer) the fee is Rs. 225/- and for SC/ST/PH/VH candidates, it is Rs. 110/-.
Before applying Online, candidates are advised to go through detailed notification available on UGC website and also to be shortly published in the Employment News. Please note that Fee submitted through any other mode like Money Order, Demand Draft, IPO etc. will be summarily rejected. The envelope containing the Application Form should be superscribed UGC NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY TEST FOR JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR LECTURESHIP, JUNE 2011.
