Indo- Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) invites application for the post of SUB- INSPECTOR (OVERSEER) Group ‘B’ Non- Gazetted in temporary basis. The eligible male candidates can apply for these posts.
Name of the Post :-
- SUB- INSPECTOR (OVERSEER),12 (Gen- 04, ST-02, SC-02 & OBC- 04), Scale of Pay and Grade Pay: Rs. 9300 to 34800/- + Rs. 4200/- GP
Age Relaxation:
For Departmental and SC/ST candidates – 5 years
For OBC candidates- 3 years
Essential Qualification: Matric or its equivalent with a Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute
Medical Standards:
(a) Minimum distant vision should be 6/6 & 6/9 of both eyes without correction.
(b) Must pass high grade colour vision test.
Must not have any defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of duties.
Application Fee: Rs. 50/- (Fee exemption for SC/ ST & Ex- servicemen candidates)
Mode of Application Fee: The candidates can pay the application fee in the mode of CRFS/ IPO or Bank Draft in favor of Accounts Officer, Directorate General, ITB Police, New Delhi Payable at SBI, R.K. Puram, New Delhi (Bank code- 1076)
How to Apply: The candidates can apply the application form in prescribed format and affix a passport size photograph in given space. The applicant must write on super scribed envelope “Application for the Post of Sub- Inspector (Overseer) in ITBP” and attest their application or admit card by Gazetted Officer and send their essential certificates photo copies as educational qualification certificate, cast certificate, medical certificate or other needed document as if needed. The candidates send their application form to the following address:

Selection Procedure: The selection will be made on the basis of written test examination and Physical &
Medical test. The candidates who qualify the tests they will be called for Interview/ Personality Test. Merit listed candidates will appointed for this position.
