1. Medical Officer : 05 Posts (UR-02, SC-01, ST-01, OBC-01), Age : 35 years for candidates of Chhattisgarh state domicile . 30 years for other than chhattisgarh domicile candidates . Relaxable as per rules, Scale of Pay : Rs. 20425- 48400/- + Allowances, Qualification :MBBS degree from recognized University and has valid registration with MCI

Application Fee : Rs. 500/- for General, OBC & SC/ST other than Chhattisgarh State , Rs. 200/- for SC/ST candidates of Chhattisgarh State in form of DD/Banker's cheque in favour of Assistant Manager (CAU), CSPHCL, Raipur payable at Raipur (Chhattisgarh).
