1. General Manager (Finance): 01 Post, Pay Scale: Rs. 37,400-67,000 + GP Rs. 8,700/ per month, Age: 50 years., Qualification & Experience: Qualified Chartered/ Cost Accountant having membership of the Institute of Chartered/ Cost and Works Accountant of India. He must have minimum 8 to 10 years experience in financial planning, taxation, financial and cost accounting, management accounting and reporting at senior level.
2. Deputy General Manager (Internal Audit): 01 Post, Pay Scale: Rs. 15,600-39,100 + GP Rs. 6,900/ per month, Age: 40 years., Qualification & Experience: Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant or Certified Financial Analyst or ICWA with minimum five years experience of the post.
3. Company Secretary-cum-Deputy General Manager (Legal): 01 Post, Pay Scale: Rs. 15,600-39,100 + GP Rs. 6,900/ per month, Age: 40 years., Qualification & Experience: Membership of the Indian Institute of Company Secretaries. Graduate or Post Graduate in Law with minimum 5 years of handling company law matters and labour, industrial, civil, high courts, consumer/state forum matters in Govt./ Semi Govt./ Public Sector or reputed company.
