The Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB) will hold on 22nd May, 2011 (Sunday), a competitive examination for recruitment to the posts of Administrative Officers and Finance & Accounts Officers iat ICAR Research Institutes.


Name of the Posts:-

1. Administrative Officer : 19 Posts, Qualification : Graduate of a recognized University securing not less than 55% mark in the final degree examination or equivalent and should have working knowledge of computer.
2. Finance & Accounts Officer : 08 Posts, Qualification : Graduate of a recognized University securing not less than 55% marks in the final degree examination or equivalent and should have working knowledge of computer. Desirable Qualification:- Specialization in Finance/ Accounting/ Commerce at the Post Graduation level or professional qualification such as CA/ ICWA/ CS.

Age : 21 years and must have not attained the age of 30 years as on 1st January, 2011


Pay Scale : Pay Band of PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100 + Rs. 5400 (Grade Pay)


Application Fee : : Rs. 500/- through a Crossed Bank Draft only, valid for six months from the date of issue, drawn in favour of Secretary, A.S.R.B. and payable at New Delhi


The completed application form must reach the Controller of Examinations, Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board, Krishi Anusandhan Bhavan, Pusa, New Delhi-110012 by post or delivered in person on or before 14.02.2011.
