National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) is the newly established company promoted by banks of India with an objective to build robust and state of the art national level retail electronic payment system infrastructure in the country. With a view to achieving these goals in the shortest possible time, NPCI proposes to recruit dynamic leaders in senior and middle management positions with in-depth experience in banking industry with an emphasis on electronic payment and settlement systems.


Name of the Posts:-

1. Manager / Asst. Manager – EFT Projects(04)

Age	23 years and 30 years
Educational Qualification	Bachelors in Engineering, MCA or MBA
Experience	Minimum post qualification experience of 3-5 Years
Key Responsibilities	Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Responsible for implementation of Card schemes of various card products Develop and monitor TechnicalISO 8583/ Clearing standards for service delivery. Analyse processes and drive continuous process improvement Manage day to day interaction with clients, partners and vendors Responsible for development of team including guiding and mentoring team members on professional issue Certifications Management
Essential Knowledge	Experience of at least 3-5 years in Card / Switch Operations and Technology related to EFT. Strong technical background & hands on experience in switch fort. Should have strong domain knowledge in the areas of authorization, Interchange management, Chargeback and Dispute management and clearing and settlement functions.
Competencies	Technical Skillset Eye for detail and good understanding of EFT switch architecture. Excellent Oral and Written communication skills. Team building skills. ITM knowledge will be preferential (Euro net Switch)
