IIFCL seeks the services of a full time Social Development Specialist.
Qualifications and Experience:
Position: Social Development Specialist
Educational Qualifications: Post Graduate in one of the Social Sciences such as Sociology, Social Work, Anthropology, Economics, Development Studies, Regional Planning and related disciplines.
Experience: Should have at least 5 years of professional experience in the areas of community development, participation/consultations, land acquisition/resettlement, socio-economic studies/surveys, monitoring and evaluation Candidates should have participated in Infrastructure Development Project in India involving study, planning, implementation and evaluation of land acquisition, resettlement and rehabilitation activities and have familiarity with national and state social policies/guidelines and requirements of multilateral/bilateral agencies. Knowledge of computer applications to manage data base and report generation is essential.
Selection:
The Specialist will be hired in line with World Bank process of selection of individual consultant on contract basis as per Consultants Guidelines.
