BHEL, Jhansi, a major Manufacturing unit having a workforce of around 2000 employees is looking for Welfare Offices Gr.III.
Name of the Post :-
- Welfare Officer Gr.III(01), Pay-Scale - Rs.12300 & 26000/-, Age - Between 21 to 30 years, Location - BHEL, JHANSI (U.P)
(a) Thorough knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari Script;
(b) A graduate degree of University established by law;
(c) He possesses-
I. A degree from any University established by law in Social Sciences or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations and Personnel Management;
II. A diploma in Social Sciences or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from any University or Institutions specified in the Schedule or Two years experience of working in Labour Welfare of any factory.
Remuneration & Other Benefits
Besides the Basic Pay, Industrial Dearness Allowance, HRA/Company assisted accommodation, other perks and allowances up to a maximum of 46% of basic pay, Plant Performance /Special Incentive and other benefits like PF, Gratuity, Medical Facilities for self & family, Uniform, subsidized Canteen Facilities, Leave/Leave Encashment shall be admissible as per Company rules.
