The details of Number of posts are as follows:
Qualification:
A Graduate in any discipline, preferably with MBA and having flair for marketing Housing Loan products and other products of the Company. All qualifications mentioned should be from a recognized University/Institution.
Candidate should possess the following:-
- Passion for Marketing
- Inclination to work independently and also with team
- Computer literacy
- Good communication skills
Preference will be given to those candidates who have prior experience in marketing.
Period of Contract:
Three (3) years with an option to extend for another two years at the discretion of the Company’s Managing Director.
Fixed Pay and Variable Pay:
17700/- per month subject to achievement of minimum threshold business towards Housing Loan disbursement of Rs.200 lakhs per quarter i.e 8 crores per annum.
Basic : 12,000/-
HRA : 3,000/-
Conveyance : 1,500/-
Medical Aid : 1,200/-
Total : 17,700/-
Application fee including Postal Charges (Non refundable)
The requisite fee/postage of Rs.300/- (Rupees Three Hundred Only) must be paid by means of a crossed Demand Draft issued by any Scheduled Commercial Bank payable at Bangalore favouring “Can Fin Homes Ltd.”, Bangalore.
If any candidate is found to be ineligible, the application fees will not be refunded.
Payment of application fee by Cash/Cheque/Money Orders/Postal Orders etc will not be accepted. Candidates must write his/her name, date of birth on the reverse of the Demand Draft.
Last Date: Application should reach the following address on or before 20.01.2011 duly super scribing “Application for the post of Marketing Officers on contract” on the envelope and application received after the last date /not in conformity with the above format will be rejected.
