The Application Proforma alongwith qualifications, experience, Consolidated emoluments, age, reservation etc. and other information can be obtained from Establishment Branch-I, Level-I, Block 'D', Hospital Building, GMCH-32, Chandigarh, on any working day from Monday to Friday between 9.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. The application proforma alongwith other information can also be downloaded from our website gmch.gov.in.


Application Fee:
The Application Fee in the shape of Bank Draft for a sum of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only) in the case of General Category and Other Backward Class candidates and Rs.25/- (Rupees Twenty Five Only) for the Scheduled Castes candidates, in favour of the Director Principal, Government Medical College & Hospital, Sector-32, Chandigarh, payable at Chandigarh must accompany the application for the post/each
post.
