Applications are invited for one temporary post of JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW in a DRDO Sponsored project on “Development of wavelet based wavefront sensing and characterization for adaptive optics imaging” in the Department of Physics.
Name of the Posts:-
- Junior Research Fellow
QUALIFICATION: M.Sc in Physics / B.E / B.Tech. degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with Valid GATE /UGC-NET score.
DESIRABLE: Excellent knowledge of programming using C++ / VC++. Experience in Image Processing / Hardware Interfacing / MFC / GUI desirable.
FELLOWSHIP: Rs.12,000/- per month (likely to be revised) plus 30% HRA. (HRA not admissible if hostel accommodation is provided)
NOTE: Opportunities exist for registration for Ph.D / M.S. programs as per Institute / Department norms. Other things being equal, preference will be given to SC/ST candidates.
The Co-ordinator has the discretion to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable limit on the basis of qualifications and experience higher than the minimum prescribed in the announcement.
