Applications are invited from male Indian citizens for appointment to Group ‘B’ post of Sub Inspector /Junior Engineer (Civil and Electrical) in the Border Security Force , Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India in the pay scale of Rs. 9,300-34,800/- ,Grade pay 4,200/- with usual admissible allowances. The post is temporary but likely to become permanent.

a) HOW TO APPLY : Applications duly filled up on the format given in this advertisement be sent to THE COMMA$DA$T(RECTT), HQ DG BSF, BLOCK $O. 10 CGO COMPLEX, LODHI ROAD, $EW DELHI1110003, within 30 days from date of publication of advertisement in the employment news.
b) The last date of receipt of application in respect of candidates belonging to areas of North Eastern State, Ladakh division of J&K, Sikkim Pangi Sub division of Chamba, Lahul and SpitiDist of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar and Lakshdweep Islands is within 45 days after date of publication of Advertisement.
c) The application should be accompanied with attested copies of certificates in proof of age, education qualification,SC/ST/OBC and other tribe/hill areas (domicile),Technical Qualification/Diploma wherever applicable, as well as a bank draft for Rs. 50/- as examination fee to be drawn in favour of DDO HQ DG
BSF, payable at Service Branch, New Delhi code-7687. SC/ST and departmental candidates are not required to remit examination fee. Three recent passport size photographs duly attested by a Gazette officer should be attached to the application. One each photograph to be affixed on the application form and admit
card and third one to be kept in record. Two self-addressed envelopes of size of 25 x12 cms stamped worth Rs. 27/- each should also be attached with the application form. The envelope containing application must be super scribed in bold letters as “APPLICATIO$ FOR THE POST OF SUB I$SPECTOR/ JU$IOR
